  • 1. Would you use the same cleaner on our office all the time?

    Yes we do. Barring holidays or illness, you will have the same cleaner all the time. This gives you the consistency you would be looking for in a cleaning company.

  • 2. Do we do emergency call outs?

    Absolutely! We pride ourselves on a quick turnaround for those clients that encounter an unfortunate emergency request.

  • 3. Do you lock me into contracts?

    No we do not. If we do a good job, you will keep us as your cleaner. If we do not, we don’t think we deserve to stay. Lock in contracts breed complacency and to be quite honest, we can’t grow our business with that attitude. All of our cleaners know that in order to keep your cleaning work, they need to do a quality job every time.

  • 4. Do you clean day or nights?

    We do both. The majority of our cleans are at night time or weekends. That’s just what most of our clients prefer. However day cleaning is also fine.

  • 5. Do you provide toilet paper, hand towels and soap etc?

    Yes we can. We don’t do it for all of our clients. It’s entirely up to you whether you purchase this from us or you purchase it yourself.

  • 6. Do you do one off cleans?

    As long as your ready for us, we can start within 48 hours of you awarding us the work.

  • 7. What about security?

    All of our cleaners have National Police Checks completed and are available on request.

  • 8. Can I trial The Dirt Hunter for a short period?

    Yes you can. In fact, we offer the first clean for free. We understand that contracting a cleaner can be a big decision, so why not give us a trial before you make your final decision.
